  I would like to recommend Ebony from APH - she was polite and efficient and carried out the boiler service in a timely manner. She even advised to turn off the pilot light on the gas fire to save gas which I was pleased about. I would like Ebony to be praised for her efficient work.

• LPG boiler service and yearly certificate.

  Was very impressed with the team at APH. There a very few plumbers that have a certificate for LPG. I originally went on the GAS Safe website and made several calls to other plumbers that were listed on there. They either had not renewed their licence or kept GAS Safe up to date and other companies had a three month lead time. I was picking a few bits up from Toolstation and bumped into one of their team. Very helpful lad called Ben. He gave me APH’s details and the next day they were here at 9am. Very efficient, no messing around. Definitely a ten out of ten from me. Thank you.

• New boiler installation, removal of immersion tank

  I had a boiler installed in my holiday home by Piotr. Unfortunately on the third day (Saturday), it stopped working and I was advised that they could not send anyone until Monday HOWEVER it turned out to be a faulty wiring job and not a fault with the boiler or installation at all. Piotr spent time explaining everything to me clearly and reassured me that it would not reoccur. He was very patient and helped calm me down. I would say though that the Alpha Envoke that was installed it quite noisy- not the fault of APH at all, I just wish I had known since it’s installed above main bedroom.
