Once he’d arrived he was very polite and got to work immediately. Myself (bottom floor flat) and my upstairs neighbours had booked him in to check on a slow leak that had been coming through from their washing machine to our bedroom roof. He was very knowledgable and put our minds at rest. Would defo book him again if anymore works came up.

Upon inspection of our water tank, which had been fitted poorly by the previous homeowners, Brian was able to quickly identify what needed doing. The job was completed to a high standard. Nothing was too much for Brian: as new homeowner's we don't yet have a ladder to reach the loft but Brian went back home to get his.
