Come the delivery/installation date the design options were again discussed and confirmed before work began. The shutters fitted perfectly and operate smoothly. All packing material and waste removed, followed by a run through of all the features. Highly recommended.

The fitter arrived when he said he would, worked quickly and neatly and left the room as he found it. He was thorough in explaining the workings and any problems that may arise.
