    I had several surveyors tell me I needed to treat the rising damp - huge upheaval as I am living in the flat - would have to move out - perhaps put furniture in store etc.Also huge expense. I was dreading it. Garratt's surveyor suggested I try a dehumidifier for a few weeks and then someone would come and remeasure the moisture levels. This is an honest firm who tell the truth not just out for the work. I will use them if I move out and recommend them to anyone with damp issues.

The company changed status in 2008 to a limited company and has never traded under any other name.
