I first was referred to him for help sorting a leaky cistern, and he was prompt and professional, and he was able to come up with a practical way to solve the problem that didn't involve breaking a bunch of tiles, which another plumber had said he would do as the first step! Since then I have had him around to service my boiler and help with a few other things, and he has always been professional, quick to respond, and very fairly priced.
