Chris went through all the options very carefully and gave a very detailed quote, but at no stage was "pushy" in the sale I liked the fact that Chris installed the water softener and was not subcontracted out! Chris was impeccably tidy, thorough and respectful. Chris was a real joy to deal with and the water softener is doing exactly what he said it would??

Hello, I'm Chris and I've lived and worked here in South East England all my life and spent the last 20 years in the water treatment industry.
I founded Sapphire Water Softeners 14 years ago to offer homeowners a simple solution to the many problems associated with extremely hard water in the region. I specialise in improving water quality, both to stop the problems caused by limescale and to provide fresh tasting drinking water for homes and offices.
