    Firstly very quick response to my enquiry with cost. Let me know who would arrive and when Representative Jay, arrived on time worked extremely hard and efficiently. Explained what he was doing and why. Offered suggestions so that we could keep on top of the areas. Polite, professional, helpful and friendly. Very respectful of our property.     I got a reply from Michael very quickly letting me know that they could help and an idea of costs. Timings agreed and I was given the name of the representative that would carry out the jobs for us. Jay was on time and extremely professional and helpful. Got the job done, explained what he was doing, the type of product he would recommend for us to keep on top of areas. Worked extremely hard, pleasant, polite, respectful of our property.     I left Jay & his machine with a rather tired/jaded looking buff coloured carpet that was showing signs of discolouration where our black labrador lies. I returned to a champagne coloured transformation! Seriously. I could hardly believe my eyes. It looks like new. I had been deliberating on buying a new carpet but not any longer. Best decision asking Shiners to do the job. Also equally transformed were the study and bedroom carpets. Save yourself a few bob and get the professionals in - you’ll be so pleased you did and I wish I could post a photo so you can see for yourself.
