    I approached UK Water Softeners to visit, suggest and quote the best suitable system for the property recently moved into. Sarah gave a call, fixed a date and visited. Being very knowledgeable she understood the plumbing system well, listed the options and described everything well. She had even brought all the systems and taps in her vehicle. A discount was applied for the partly existing plumbing system, in their quotes. Happy overall, we decided to proceed and we were clearly communicated the total cost, date and time of work etc. Work was well executed and we have started to enjoy softened

    When a fault developed on Saturday morning I contacted Andrew at the company and within a couple of hours Carl the repair man had made contact offering a visit on the following Monday, i.e. the next working day. On arrival he quickly diagnosed and explained the issues and options available. We agreed a solution and he was able to complete a rebuild there and then. He was only satisfied once he had completed the necessary checks on the new system and that my existing water supply was working correctly.

    1) came out to quote despite the time we wanted being an inconvenient time for them 2) Knowing that we wanted the work ASAP they agreed a date with us and then rang to bring the date forward when that became a possibility 3) Fitter bang on time and able to rearrange the fitting location to our advantage i.e. no need to drop the filter into the floor space by re-arranging the piping
