  Ensuite Bathroom Refit

  Planned a bathroom refit with large amount of notice which was agreed. Unfortunately another job came along . We agreed a work around so work and strip down started. Contact this week that two jobs can't be managed and has backed out. We are now left in the with a stripped down bathroom and bedroom. It would have been better not to start the job.

  I Sincerely Apologies for any inconvenience caused. This particular job was priced last summer and a number of attempts were made to schedule the work. I typically start one job before moving on to the next, this can sometimes be difficult to pin down an exact start date. on this occasion the client had a fixed start date which I was unable to meet so had to cancel the job. Trust and my integrity mean everything! it's what I trade on, and I have been very lucky to work for some wonderful people over the years.

  Bathroom and kitchen fitting

  Zac recently fitted our new bathroom and kitchen. He was amazing throughout the entire process. The standard of finish was immaculate. As a new home owner and my first renovation, he explained things really clearly and put me at ease. He consulted me on my preferences and when I was unsure he made recommendations based on his experience. He communicated really well, gave me regular updates and answered any questions I had. He is extremely trustworthy, reliable and knowledgeable. I always felt in safe hands. Overall I cannot recommend Zac highly enough and would love to have him back.

  En-suite shower-room fitting; installation of water softener

  Zachary is an exceptionally knowledgeable and skilful fitter. He has completed the work to the highest standard imaginable. Tiling, carpentry, flooring and plumbing are all immaculate. Zachary is courteous and friendly. He consulted me on my preferences throughout the work, offering helpful suggestions and explaining the options clearly. Each day, he arrived promptly and cleared up and hoovered before leaving. I would highly recommend Zachary Loftus.

  New bathroom installation

  Zac did a great job. He planned the work meticulously and thoughtfully, listened carefully to what we wanted, made sensible suggestions and the quality of the finish is very good. The tiling particularly is very neat. He takes his time and does not rush making sure everything is just right. He communicates well, explains things clearly whenever asked about something, is easy to talk to and has a good sense of humour.
