So glad we found this independent carpet shop with a wide selection of carpets and a wealth of knowledge in what would suit our needs. Fitting was well done with minimal interruption and a great finish. Very professional and would wholeheartedly recommend.

What an incredible company Hillside Carpets Ltd is! The team were 100% professional from start to finish. Roye came to my property, measured up accurately and gave me incredible advice, based upon years of experience. I visited his shop to look at wood samples and to discuss installation further. His quote came through quickly and was extremely reasonable. He was able to agree to an early start date. Finally, installation... I cannot praise Jake highly enough! He worked tirelessly to create the most incredible result. He is a true master of his craft. I am so happy with my new wood flooring!!

Roy and his team are excellent. I was looking to remove old carpet and replace with LVP, including on 2 sets of stairs. Roy and Ben throughout the process were responsive and clearly explained all their recommendations to me in their quote. As for the actual work, the quality is simply amazi. The diligence and expertise of the fitters shone through in the end product, especially on the stairs (which are always a challenge with LVP). The little snags I raised were immediately rectified. I am very happy with their work - the team at Hillside are a gem and I recommend them to everyone.

Fantastic service from calling to obtain a quote, to the visit to measure up, through to having new flooring fitted . Everyone involved was friendly and professional and the work was completed when promised. The quality of the product fitted was excellent and Jake who fitted the flooring did a brilliant job. I would highly recommend Hillside and will use them again in the future.

Hillside Carpets from start to finish were fantastic. The whole process from the measurements at the beginning of the project to installing karndean flooring and carpets was seamless. Constant communication and updates made for effective planning and installation. Would 100% recommend hillside.
