Job location: AL5Awful. Avoid. When I called the manager “Terry” -answered the phone with a “Uhhhhhyeah uhhhhhh”. Sounded like he couldn’t be bothered. complained about the kitchen floor he got the cleaner to call me who got very emotional and said “it’s not fair…we did a good job”. & tried to tell me it was paint! Spoke to her again and she yelled at me. She redid floor and emptied rubbish bin they had filled with their lunch packets and cleaning sponges. Still not a great report from inventory agency- basics need redoing. Unprofessional. Not sure where their great reviews come from.10 Domestic house cleaning

Contracted Diamond Clean Gleam for a regular clean based on their strong reviews, however our experience with them has been terrible. They turned up for 3 out of 8 cleans scheduled, 3 of the no shows they didn’t even contact us to inform us the cleaner wound’t be coming. When we’ve called they asked us to email and when we do they don’t respond. On our experience they are unable to offer a regular cleaning service.
