  Repair on shower leak

  Great service! Arrived on the date agreed with the parts, knew exactly what the problem was, explained the issue and repaired the leak. Great communication beforehand and polite and professional throughout. And actually provided a quote for the required parts to fix the problem, rather than trying to persuade me to replace the entire shower system like some of the quotes I'd had. Honest and reliable tradesman, really pleased, will use again. Thanks so much!

  Replacement of a thermostatic shower valve

  John did a great job. The old valve was particularly difficult to remove, but after several attempts was removed successfully. The new valve was installed and is working perfectly. I would thoroughly recommend John for all domestic plumbing work

  John has proved to be a reliable gentleman who has kept in contact, provided reasonably priced quotes and warned of potential pitfalls along the way - that for us he was able to avoid. Really grateful he has been able to fix a radiator that’s not worked since we moved in 3 years ago and have asked him to complete more work for us.
