We were trying to fit bidets to two toilets having seen them in the USA. We got some by mail order but the threads and fittings were mismatched by American and UK standards. Michael went out of his way to find the sizes and suitable connections to fit the UK plumbing standards of measurements for parts. We are extremely pleased with the final service and product. He had a friendly manner and offered a competitive price for a job he has never done before. He took no more than two hours to do the job and worked efficiently.
