  A very prompt response to my enquiry. Good time keeping on both occasions. The problem with the dishwasher was discussed with me & resolved as explained by the engineer There was no mess - I would definitely recommend them to anyone

  Can’t recommend enough. Quick to reply, efficient, engineer arrived on time and was very helpful. Unfortunately my appliance couldn’t be fixed, but he advised on brands to go for and which are best avoided. Will not hesitate to use again. Extremely fairly priced too.

  Oustanding Installation for the new integrated dishwasher

  Excellent installation of the new integrated dishwasher. Communication was perfect and they took extra care as for example the back off the kitchen unit was obstructing the installation, it was still resolved, whilst in the past I had Currys installers and they couldn't do it. Outstanding service, personable and very reliable Engineer. Highly recommend

  Poor service and communication

  I booked trade to diagnose a problem with extractor fan. He told me a part needed to be ordered, and I needed to pay £65 which was for job identification and doing the job. It has been a month, and I have had to chase him twice. He has failed to keep me updated but happy for me to pay him £65. His website says the payment is for call out labor charge however now he says The call out charge was payable as the job was booked in, and the fault diagnosed and the many lines of enquiry in trying to obtain the part have been exhausted. The appliance would be deemed as irreparable.

  I’ve tried to source the part for your fan, but it’s obsolete or unavailable. The £65 covers call-out, diagnosis, and time. I don’t operate a no-fix, no-fee service. A partial refund was offered. If the part was available, I’d be happy to fix it.
