Tom was incredibly helpful and polite when attending my property to carry out some plumbing work. He was respectful and made sure he kept the area clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.

I was in a panic and wanted the repair done quickly due to worrying water was gushing out of the radiator. Tom came out on the same day of the request and took me through all of the steps. Let me know how far he was before turning up!

Spoke with Thomas last night and sent pictures of the cistern. He turned up with all the parts needed. He had a tricky job to do as the installation wasnt quite to spec. once he had overcome this the rest of the repair went smoothly. left the bathroom cleaner than it was when he went in. cant recommend enough. clean tidy and professional.

Tom arrived ontime, identified problem quickly and fixed immediately even making a quick run to the shop for spares.

They were super polite and friendly. It was so refreshing to have someone do some work and them not come across as that “typical moody work person”. Nothing was an issue. And he was so clean and tidy and made a real effort to try tidy up. So nice! First time I’ve ever had a workman in the house and he actually listened to what I said about shutting doors so the cats don’t get out. Would 100% recommend and use again!!! Workman ship was also amazing.

Had a great experience with this plumber! They installed a bidet for me and did a fantastic job. The pricing was very reasonable, and I really appreciated how clean, tidy, and respectful they were throughout the process. Highly recommend!
